No, your balance must be upgraded to "active balance" before it joins the pool of reward-earning Dash. This only happens after a qualifying period of one (1) payout to masternodes in the CrowdNode pool of masternodes.

At the present time, there are approximately 5.5 days between payouts for any individual masternode, so if, for example there are 50 active masternodes on the CrowdNode platform, your qualifying period will be approximately 5 hours (2/50 x 5.5 d x 24 h/d = 5 h) before your deposit starts earning fractional payments.
